Every order can be received at MIZO workshop (Vagonu str. 37, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia) - no delivery costs involved.
Delivery is handled by Post Office of Latvia and usually, it takes 5-10 working days to deliver goods to all destinations. If your order hasn't arrived after a 10th working day of making a payment, please use our contact form to get in touch with us.

Taxes And Other Duties
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. MIZO backpacks are not required to inform customers of such additional costs and are not required to refund such costs to the customer.
Returns should be made within 30 days after delivery of your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer covers the return shipping cost. We will usually refund your order within 3 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please allow up to 30 days as sometimes transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
